A daily resort fee of $13.99 plus 15.20% tax will be charged.

There will be NO conference events held at this hotel, all events will be held at the Lake Charles Civic Center.  When LRWA reaches room block capacity at the L’Auberge Casino Resort we will utilize other area hotels for the overflow.  (we can not add additional rooms to the block as reservation personnel will tell you)

LRWA Seeks Experts to Present at LRWA's Annual Conference
Share your Expertise with Future Leaders!

The Louisiana Rural Water Association has opened the Call for Presentations for the Annual Conference scheduled for July 17-20 at the Lake Charles Civic Center, Lake Charles, Louisiana. Please complete the online form for those wishing to volunteer to provide a presentation for consideration.

We are looking for topics relevant to the water and wastewater industry (new technology, security, utility management, board training, etc.). The Conference offers training opportunities for all water and wastewater industry aspects, from operation to management to regulation. LRWA offers specialized education and networking opportunities specifically designed for utility managers, town council members, and utility board members.

**24-Hour Technical Classroom Sessions are held July 18, 19 & 20 (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)

**Exhibit Hall 30-minute presentation at your booth will be held Thursday, July 20 from 10:00 am-11:45 am

Louisiana Rural Water Association Annual Conference is designed to bring together water and wastewater utility systems – large and small, municipal, and rural – for operations, management, boardmanship, and governance sessions.
