8:30 am — Panel Discussion: Creative ways to finance emergency response efforts (how got started, current status) and variations in state emergency response – what steps would state association staff take for a winter storm, fire, or hurricane, and what steps are similar vs. different (membership, funding, and political considerations)
9:45 am — Demonstrations
12:00 pm — Lunch and Learn (food and beverage provided)

4:30 pm — Recap of equipment demonstrations – Review what was learned and discuss how the use of equipment may vary by region or type of event

11:00 am — State Association Emergency Response Plans & cybersecurity training or discussion – maybe the current status, available templates, EPA Cybersecurity TA
11:30 am — Training recap and review of key points
12:00 pm — Cajun Lunch: pork and sausage jambalaya, corn, and a roll. (To-go plates will be available for those who need to leave)
1:00 pm — Busses leave for Tallahassee (flights in/out of Tallahassee – flights recommended no earlier than 4 pm)
