Utility System/Municipality Day Pass – for any water/wastewater system personnel that is NOT registered for a class and wishes to attend the conference to view the Exhibit Hall.  A special day pass includes the Exhibit Hall and the 24-Hour Technical Session class for one (1) or (2) days.

• Option 1 – You can purchase a Day Pass if you wish to view the EXHIBIT HALL ONLY.  This pass DOES NOT include the special name badge for you to attend any 24-Hour Technical Sessions to receive hours.  In addition to viewing the Exhibit Hall, this pass entitles you to breakfast, lunch, and any evening function(s) for that particular day.  If you wish to attend on Wednesday, you will receive a luncheon ticket for the Awards Ceremony from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
• Option 2 – You can purchase a Day Pass to view the EXHIBIT HALL and attend one (1) day of the 24-Hour Technical Sessions.  You will receive a special name badge to scan in/out for the 24-Hour Technical Sessions to receive hours. Please note you CAN NOT attend any 32-Hour Certification Review Classes.   You must purchase two (2) Day Passes if you wish to attend two (2) days of the 24-Hour Technical Sessions and Exhibit Hall.  In addition to viewing the Exhibit Hall and 24-Hour Technical Sessions, this pass entitles you to breakfast, lunch, and any evening function(s) for that particular day.  If you wish to attend on Wednesday, you will receive a luncheon ticket for the Awards Ceremony from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Company/Corporation Day Pass

You can purchase a Day Pass if you wish to view the EXHIBIT HALL ONLY.  This pass DOES NOT include the special name badge for you to attend any 24-Hour Technical Sessions to receive hours.  In addition to viewing the Exhibit Hall, this pass entitles you to breakfast, lunch, and any evening function(s) for that particular day.  If you wish to attend on Wednesday, you will receive a luncheon ticket for the Awards Ceremony from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.  Please note that we do not allow soliciting of business if you did not purchase a booth space.

If more than one person from the water and/or wastewater facility or potential exhibitor/company wishes to attend for a Day Pass, each must register.  They CAN NOT be registered/listed as a spouse/companion.

LRWA will charge a $25 processing fee for ALL cancellations.  Rather than canceling, consider sending a substitute.

A written request for cancellation/refund must be received by fax (337-738-5620), email (lrwa@lrwa.org), or mail before July 1, 2024.

No refunds for luncheon tickets.

No refunds are issued for cancellations requested after July 1, 2024.

ALL CHECKS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE CONFERENCE.  

LRWA has a new policy for registrations. If you submit a registration and state a check will be mailed, we will not enter your registration to save a chair until the check payment is received in the LRWA office.  All payments must be received before July 1st.  

The second new policy is a no-show charge.  If you register for the conference, do not pay, and do not inform LRWA you can not make the conference there will be a $100 no-show fee sent to the system.  This will cover the expenses of meal counts, printed material, etc.
