Classroom Registration Includes
- Classroom admittance/instruction.
- You cannot register for a 24-hour technical Session and attend a 32-hour Certification Class or 4-hour Management Class without proper registration. You MUST register for each class individually. The name badge scanning equipment will reveal if you scan into the wrong class when we review the report, causing you to be billed for additional fees.
- The 32-hour Certification Class is intended for individuals who need to take the exam on Friday, not for those seeking recertification hours.
- The 24-hour Technical Class is designed for those who need recertification hours.
- The 4-hour Management Class is for decision-makers. Operators can only earn recertification hours if a decision-maker from their organization registers and attends as well.
- Some meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) will be provided throughout the week (please check the schedule) at the Lake Charles Event Center.
- Exhibit Hall admittance.
- Classroom attendees will receive one (1) scannable name badge, which grants access to the Awards Luncheon on Wednesday beginning at 11:00 am. If a spouse, guest, or child wishes to attend the awards ceremony, an Awards Luncheon Ticket must be purchased before Wednesday. Attendees who pre-register and submit payment for a class before July 1st are eligible to participate in a drawing for one of five $1,000 door prizes. The drawing will take place on Thursday during lunch, and attendees must be present to win. Please note that if payment is not received, you will not be eligible for the drawing.
All payments or estimations must be received by July 10th.
*$20 from this registration will be allocated to LRWA PAC funds (Federal $10 and State $10)
Cancellation/Refund Policy/No Show
LRWA will charge a $100 processing fee for ALL cancellations. Rather than canceling, consider sending a substitute.
A written request for cancellation/refund must be received by fax (337-738-5620), email (lrwa@lrwa.org), or mail before July 1, 2025.
NO refunds are issued for cancellations requested after July 1, 2025.
LRWA has a new policy for attendees who pre-register but don’t pay. If you send a pre-registration, do not pay, and do not attend the conference without calling to cancel we will invoice a No Show Administrative charge of $100. This is because of the expenses we incurred for the registration. This is like a doctor’s office charging an appointment no-show fee.
