LRWA will charge a $100 processing fee for ALL cancellations. Rather than canceling, consider sending a substitute.

NO refunds are issued for cancellations requested after October 1, 2024.
LRWA has a new policy for attendees who pre-register but don’t pay. If you send a pre-registration, do not pay, and do not attend the conference without calling to cancel we will invoice a No-Show Administrative charge of $100. This is because of the expenses we incurred for the registration. This is like a doctor’s office charging an appointment no-show fee.

NO walk-ons are allowed. Exam Application can be completed through this link (Operator Certification | La Dept. of Health).
