The LRWA Annual Conference is scheduled for July 13–16, 2026. Room reservations must be made for Board members. Please complete the form in its entirety and be sure to press “SUBMIT.” This information is required to secure your room reservation.
Room reservations will be held using LRWA’s credit card. At check-in, you will be required to provide your personal credit card. LRWA will reimburse applicable lodging expenses through your travel expense voucher.
All reservations will be at L’Auberge Casino Resort in Lake Charles, located just a few miles from the Lake Charles Event Center, where the conference will be held. Please note that L’Auberge does not provide shuttle service to the Event Center.
The Annual Membership and Board Meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 13th, at 1:30 PM at the Lake Charles Event Center.
In addition, the Annual Board/Staff Family Social and Dinner will be held on Sunday evening, July 12th, at the L’Auberge Casino Resort.
