The LRWA Annual Conference is scheduled for July 13-17, 2025. We need to make room reservations for board members. Please complete the form and remember to press “SUBMIT“. It is very important to complete this form as we cannot make your room reservation without this information.
Your room reservation will be held under LRWA’s credit card; however, when you check-in, you must provide your credit card. LRWA will then reimburse you through your travel expense voucher.
Reservations will be at the L’Auberge Casino Resort in Lake Charles, just a few miles from the Lake Charles Event Center, where the conference will be held. Please note that they do not provide a shuttle service to the Event Center.
The Annual Membership and Board Meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 14th, at 1:30 PM at the Event Center.
Additionally, the Annual Board/Staff Family Social and Dinner will be held on the evening of Sunday, July 13th, at the L’Auberge Casino Resort.
