The LRWA Annual Conference is scheduled for July 12-16, 2026. I need to make room reservations for staff. Please complete the form below to indicate your preference. We will be staying at the L’Auberge Casino Hotel in Lake Charles.
All staff will check in on the afternoon of Sunday, July 12, and depart on Thursday, July 16.
Patrick is offering staff the option to arrive on Saturday, July 11, if desired; this is not mandatory. Please note that no conference activities are scheduled for Saturday, and conference setup will begin on Sunday. Additionally, Saturday night room rates are higher than the group rate offered for the remainder of the week.
Please note that you will be required to use your personal credit card for your room; it will not be billed directly. Please be sure to obtain a receipt at checkout for your travel vouchers.
