The Annual Board and Staff Christmas Social/Dinner will be on Wednesday, December 13th at the Hotel Bentley in Alexandria.
Wednesday, December 13th
- Christmas Social begins at 4:45 PM (drinks and appetizers will be served) in the Venetian Grand Ballroom (Lobby level)
- Dinner at 6:45 PM
The room block will be at the Hotel Bentley, 200 Desoto Street, Alexandria, LA
Room Reservations: These will be made by LRWA; however, upon check-in, you will need to use your credit card. Remember to ask for a receipt when checking out at the front desk to submit along with your travel voucher. If you must cancel please contact the LRWA Office no later than Tuesday, December 12th so we will not be charged for the reservation.
