Christmas Questionnaire – Staff

Annual Board and Staff Christmas Dinner will be Thursday, December 3rd in Lafayette.

  • Christmas Social at 5:30pm (drinks and appetizer will be served)
  • Dinner at 7:00pm

Hotel Room block is available at DoubleTree by Hilton (1521 W. Pinhook Road; Lafayette, LA 70503).

All events (social and dinner) will be held at the Festival Ballroom (2nd floor) at the CajunDome Convention Center (444 CajunDome Blvd.; Lafayette, LA 70506).

Room Reservations:  Rooms will be a direct bill to LRWA. If you must cancel please contact the LRWA Office so we are NOT charged for the room. LRWA must know by December 1st regarding a cancellation of a room as LRWA will be charged for reservation.
