The Annual Board and Staff Christmas Social/Dinner will be held on Thursday, December 11th at The Hotel Bentley, 200 Desoto Street, Alexandria.
Thursday, December 11th
- Board Meeting will begin at 2:00 PM in the Bayou Roberts Room on the 2nd Floor
- Christmas Social begins at 4:30 PM with drinks and appetizers being served in the Venetian Grand Ballroom, Lobby level
- Dinner begins at 6:30 PM
- We are inviting a photographer to take photos of anyone who needs to update their photo for the LRWA magazine.
Patricia Broussard, Office Manager, will mail and email the agenda for the board meeting. If you have any questions about the meeting, call the LRWA Office at 800-256-2591.
The room block will be at the Hotel Bentley!
Room Reservations
LRWA will handle all room reservations for the upcoming Board Meeting and Christmas events.
However, please note the following important details:
- You will be required to present your credit card at check-in, as there will be no direct billing to LRWA.
- Upon departure, please request a receipt from the front desk to include with your travel voucher.
- If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify the LRWA Office by Wednesday, December 10, at 11:00 AM to avoid any charges billed to LRWA.
