The LRWA Mini-Management Fall Conference will be held between the Hotel Bentley and Holiday Inn Downtown in Alexandria during October 12-15, 2020.
The Annual Membership and Board Meeting will be at 1:30pm on Monday, October 12th. Detailed information will be emailed to all board members by Patricia Broussard, Office Manger in September. Any questions about the meeting call the LRWA Office 800-256-2591.
24 Hour Technical Sessions will be Tuesday-Thursday; board members receive a complimentary registration. We will have exhibitors throughout the Hotel Bentley and Holiday Inn Downtown and a Meet & Greet will be held Tuesday, Oct. 13th from 4pm-6pm.
Room Reservations: We have a room block at both the Holiday Inn Downtown and Hotel Bentley. Please let me know which you prefer. You are responsible for room payment. Provide the hotel room receipt to LRWA for reimbursement. LRWA must know 72 hours (3 days prior to date of arrival) or more regarding a cancellation of a room as LRWA will be charged for that room reservation.
LRWA has contracted with both hotels to provide box lunches for all classroom attendees. The 24 Hour Technical Sessions will be held at the Hotel Bentley; therefore, they will be providing the box lunches. Please provide information below if you wish to get a box lunch each day or if you rather eat on your own. This is needed for meal counts. The only social/dinner scheduled at this time will be the Exhibitor Meet & Greet on Tuesday, Oct. 13th from 4pm-6pm. We will be having appetizers and beverages.
