LRWA has booked all board members a room at L’Auberge Casino Hotel in Lake Charles arriving Sunday, 7/16/23, and departing Thursday, 7/20/23. Rooms will be on LRWA’s direct bill. Please go to the hotel to check in. You will be asked to use a personal credit card to put on file for incidentals because LRWA’s direct bill only allows payment for room and tax.
Remember to go to the front desk to check out of your room if you don’t then LRWA will be charged that room night.
LRWA has scheduled one evening meal for the board members, staff, and their spouses/guests for MONDAY, July 17th at the L’auberge Casino Hotel (first floor/Sycamore Room). The social starts at 5:30 PM and the dinner is 7:00 PM.
LRWA will provide these meals at the Civic Center.
- donuts, ham & cheese crescents with coffee, milk, and orange juice Monday-Thursday (7:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
- lunch Monday-Thursday
- appetizers Tuesday during the Meet & Greet in the exhibit hall 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- fish fry Wednesday 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Special event: Marshall Harris with Ferguson is hosting an event on Wednesday, July 19 from 6:30 PM to 10 PM. He wishes to invite LRWA board members, staff members, and their spouses. Food and Drinks will be provided in a relaxing private atmosphere at Panorama Music House (Second Floor) 331 Broad Street, Lake Charles, Louisiana.
Other evening meals are on your own.
