LRWA has booked all board members a room at L’Auberge Casino Hotel in Lake Charles arriving Sunday, 7/14/24, and departing Thursday, 7/18/24. Rooms will be on LRWA’s direct bill. Please go to the hotel to check-in. You will be asked to use a personal credit card to put on file for incidentals because LRWA’s direct bill only allows payment for room and tax.
Remember to go to the front desk to check out of your room if you don’t then LRWA will be charged that room night.
LRWA has scheduled one evening meal for the board members, staff, and their spouses/guests for Sunday, July 14th at the L’auberge Casino Hotel (first floor/Sycamore Room). The social starts at 5:30 PM and the dinner is 6:45 PM.
LRWA will provide these meals at the Civic Center.
- donuts, ham & cheese crescents with coffee, milk, and orange juice Monday-Thursday (7:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
- lunch Monday-Thursday
- appetizers Tuesday during the Meet & Greet in the exhibit hall 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- fish fry Wednesday 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday evening – Live Band “Ryan Foret and Foret Tradition” at L’Auberge Casino Hotel 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (will have appetizers and beverages)
All other evening meals are on your own.
