2026 Annual Conference – Day Pass
Day-Pass Information
Read below for details.
**Utility System/Municipality Day Pass** Day passes are available for water and wastewater system personnel attending one or two days.
**Option 1:** Purchase a Day Pass for access to the **EXHIBIT HALL ONLY**. This pass does not include a special name badge to attend any 24-Hour Technical Sessions for credit hours. In addition to accessing the Exhibit Hall, this pass includes breakfast, lunch, and any evening functions for that day. If you attend on Wednesday, you will receive a luncheon ticket for the Awards Ceremony, which takes place from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
**Option 2:** Purchase a Day Pass to view the **EXHIBIT HALL** and attend one day of the **24-Hour Technical Sessions**. This pass includes a special name badge to scan in and out of the sessions to receive hours. Please note that you CANNOT attend any 32-Hour Certification Review Classes. To attend both days of the 24-Hour Technical Sessions and the Exhibit Hall, you must purchase two Day Passes. Along with access to the Exhibit Hall and the 24-Hour Technical Sessions, this pass also provides breakfast, lunch, and any evening functions for that day. If you attend on Wednesday, you will receive a luncheon ticket for the Awards Ceremony from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
**Company/Corporation Day Pass** This pass allows entry to the **EXHIBIT HALL ONLY**. It DOES NOT include a special name badge for attending any 24-Hour Technical Sessions for credit hours. In addition to accessing the Exhibit Hall, this pass includes breakfast, lunch, and any evening functions for that day. If you wish to attend on Wednesday, you will receive a luncheon ticket for the Awards Ceremony from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Please note that we do not permit business solicitation if you did not purchase booth space.
If more than one person from a water or wastewater facility, or a potential exhibitor/company, wishes to attend using a Day Pass, each individual must register separately; they cannot be registered as a spouse or companion.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
LRWA will charge a $25 processing fee for ALL cancellations. Rather than canceling, consider sending a substitute.
A written request for cancellation/refund must be received by fax (337-738-5620), email (lrwa@lrwa.org), or mail before July 1st.
No refunds for luncheon tickets.
No refunds are issued for cancellations requested after July 1st.
Payment
ALL CHECKS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE CONFERENCE.
LRWA POLICES FOR REGISTRATIONS:
If you submit a registration and indicate that payment will be made by check, your registration will not be processed until the check is received. To receive the discounted rate, envelopes containing payment must be postmark on or before May 31st. Anything after this date will be subject to the higher price.
All payments must be received before July 8th
LRWA will process pre-register without payment starting July 1st, if you do not attend the conference without calling to cancel, LRWA will invoice a $100 No-Show Administrative Fee. This fee is assessed to offset expenses incurred in processing the registration, similar to a no-show fee charged by a medical office.

Please remember to include payment with your form, as registrations will not be processed until payment is received.

Tickets: To register for classes and pay online using a credit card, please complete the ticket below. After submitting your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. This form can also be used as a receipt for your credit card payment.
