The Annual Board and Staff Christmas Social/Dinner will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at the Château Saint Denis Hotel (751 Second St., Natchitoches, LA 71457).

Room Reservations
A room block has been secured at the Château Saint Denis Hotel.
LRWA will make all room reservations; however, you are required to present your credit card at check-in. (NO DIRECT BILL)
Upon departure, please request a receipt from the front desk for your travel voucher.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify the LRWA Office by Wednesday, December 10, at 11:00 AM to avoid being charged by LRWA.
