Christmas Questionnaire – Board Member – Natchitoches

The Annual Board and Staff Christmas Social/Dinner will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at the Château Saint Denis Hotel (751 Second St., Natchitoches, LA 71457).

  • Board Meeting: 2:00 PM | 1st Floor, Conference Room B

  • Christmas Social: 5:00 PM | 1st Floor, Ballrooms A & B (drinks & appetizers)

  • Dinner: 6:30 PM | Ballrooms A & B

Patricia Broussard, Office Manager, will mail and email the agenda for the board meeting. If you have any questions, please contact the LRWA Office at 800-256-2591.

Room Reservations

LRWA will handle making all room reservations at the Château Saint Denis Hotel.

  • You must present your credit card at check-in. (NO LRWA direct billing)

  • Please request a receipt upon departure for your travel voucher.

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, contact the LRWA Office no later than Wednesday, December 10, at 11:00 AM to avoid being charged by LRWA.

Require to send confirmation letter
The board meeting will be on Thursday, 12/11/25 at 2:00 PM. The Social & Dinner will be Thursday, 12/11/25 at 5:00 PM.
We were unable to get rooms for Friday night stays.
Board Meeting will at the Chateau Saint Denis on the 1st floor in the Conference Room B.
Social and Dinner will be on the 1st floor of the hotel in the Ballroom A&B. LRWA board members, staff and their family are invited. Thursday, December 11th - Social at 5:00pm and dinner at 6:30pm.
Include yourself in the count. Social at 5:00pm with Dinner at 6:30pm
