The Annual Board and Staff Christmas Social/Dinner will be held on Thursday, December 10th at the Carencro Community Center, located at 5115 N University Ave, Carencro, LA.

- Christmas Social begins at 5:30 PM, with drinks and appetizers being served i
- Dinner will begin at 6:30 PM
Patricia will mail and email the board meeting agenda. If you have any questions about the meeting, call Patricia at (800) 256-2591. The room block will be at the Holiday Inn & Suites Lafayette North, located at 2219 NW Evangeline Thruway, Lafayette. LRWA will handle all room reservations for the upcoming Board Meeting and Christmas events. Please note the following important details:
- You must present your credit card at check-in, as there will be no direct billing to LRWA.
- Upon departure, please request a receipt from the front desk to include with your travel voucher.
- If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify the LRWA Office by Monday, December 7, at 11:00 AM to avoid any charges billed to LRWA.
