Exhibitor/Demonstration Registration

Registration Includes:

Outside Booth under canopy
Size 18ft x 20ft space, with one (1) table, two (2) chairs
2 meals (lunch and supper on 05/02/17)

Set-up and Breakdown/Tear-down:
Registration Desk will be located inside the LRWA Office.

Tuesday, 05/02/17 — Sign-in and set-up from 08:00am to 11:00am
Tuesday, 05/02/17 — 1st demonstrations from 11:15am to 12:00pm
Tuesday, 05/02/17 —  Lunch provided from 12:00pm to 01:00pm
Tuesday, 05/02/17 — 2nd demonstrations from 03:00pm to 03:30pm
Tuesday, 05/02/17 — 3rd demonstrations from 04:30pm to 06:30pm
Tuesday, 05/02/17 — Supper will be provided
Wednesday, 05/03/17 — 1st demonstrations from 09:00am to 09:45am
Wednesday, 05/03/17 — Breakdown/Teardown after 12:00pm

Payment/Cancellation/Refund Policy

Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is $10 credit card convenience fee added to all credit card purchases. Forms can be faxed to 337-738-5620

LRWA charges a $50.00 processing fee for ALL CANCELLATIONS prior to 4/24/17.  Written request for cancellation/refund must be received by fax (337-738-5620), mail or email (larwa@centurytel.net) prior to 04/24/17.
NO refunds will be granted after 04/24/17.
