The Annual Board and Staff Christmas Social/Dinner will be held Thursday, December 12th at The Hotel Bentley, 200 Desoto Street, Alexandria.
Thursday, December 12th
- Board Meeting will begin at 2:00 PM in the Claiborne Room on the 2nd Floor
- Christmas Social begins at 4:30 PM with drinks and appetizers being served in the Venetian Grand Ballroom, Lobby level
- Dinner begins at 6:30 PM
- FREE guided ghost tour through The Hotel Bentley after dinner. Please meet in the lobby by the Christmas tree.
Patricia Broussard, Office Manager, will mail and email the agenda for the board meeting. If you have any questions about the meeting, call the LRWA Office at 800-256-2591.
The room block will be at the Hotel Bentley!
**Room Reservations** LRWA will make all room reservations. However, you must use your credit card upon check-in. When checking out, please remember to request a receipt at the front desk for your travel voucher. If you should need to cancel your reservation, please contact the LRWA Office no later than Wednesday, December 11th, at 3:30 PM to avoid incurring charges.
