This seminar involves training at an off-site facility which is neither owned nor controlled by LRWA. Registrant acknowledges that LRWA and its employees do not assume responsibility for the condition of the off-site facility nor guarantee the safety of registrant at the off-site facility. Registrant agrees to hold LRWA and its employees harmless from all claims for injuries arising from conditions present at the off-site facility.
Additionally, this seminar involves training in the field. Registrant acknowledges that LRWA and its employees have no control over conditions, premises, hazards (natural and man-made) and other risks inherent in the field and that LRWA and its employees cannot guarantee the safety of registrant in the field. Registrant acknowledges there are inherent risks of injury to himself associated with training in the field, fully assumes said risks and agrees to hold LRWA and its employees harmless from all claims for injuries arising from training in the field.
A $15 cancellation fee will be applied to refunds requested by November 8th, no refunds will be granted thereafter. Rather than cancel, consider sending a substitute.
This training is free to those who are currently enrolled in the LRWA/NRWA Apprenticeship Program. For all others, the fee for this training is $200 for both days or $125 for one day.
