You will receive our scannable name badge at the registration desk. This badge must be always be worn. As in the past, you will need to scan in and out of class as well as the Meet and Greet (Tuesday evening) to receive full credit hours.

Designated times will be provided to visit the exhibitors. Tuesday Exhibitor Meet & Greet from 4pm-6pm is part of your class time for credit hours
These training courses are provided for those interested in becoming certified or advancing certification levels in Water (Production, Treatment and Distribution) or Wastewater (Treatment and Collection). Courses have been approved by Louisiana Department of Health.
You can only take one class (Water or Wastewater) as they are held in different classrooms at the same time (Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-5:00pm).

The instructor will provide class manual/handouts for review/studying during class. Other study material/manuals may be brought to class as additional study aids. If you wish to purchase the California Manuals directly, please click on the below links.

Seating priority will be given to those taking exam! Classroom size is limited; please mail registration form and payment early to reserve a seat. Registration will close when the seating limit has been met. Don’t forget to make hotel reservations, if needed.
LRWA will be following all state COVID-19 guidelines to ensure the safety of students.
LRWA will charge a $100.00 processing fee for All Cancellations. Rather than cancel, consider sending a substitute.
Refunds will not be issued after October 1st.

Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) states that pre-approval is REQUIRED for ALL certification exams, therefore pre-application must be submitted to their office at least 30 days or more prior to the exam date. NO walk-ons allowed. Exam Application can be completed through this link http://ldh.la.gov/index.cfm/page/416
NOTE: Due to COVID-19, the August, September and October Exams have been changed to Open Exams. Limited seating is available at these locations. Exam attendees will be split into two sessions, A and B, based on the total number of operators testing. Applications must be submitted 30-days prior to the test date.
Masks must be worn at all exam locations for entry into testing site.
UPDATE: Get your exam applications in early (do it now), limited number of people (50) allow in room to take the exam. Per LDH, seating for the exam will be on a first come first serve basis, depending on when exam application is received. LDH stated mask must be worn during exam.
