Christmas Questionnaire – Staff (Carencro)

The Annual Board and Staff Christmas Social/Dinner will be held on Thursday, December 10th at the Carencro Community Center, located at 5115 N University Ave, Carencro, La. 

  • The Christmas Social begins at 5:30 PM, with drinks and appetizers being served at the Carencro Community Center
  • Dinner will begin at 6:30 PM

The room block will be at the Holiday Inn & Suites Lafayette North, located at 2219 NW Evangeline Thruway. LRWA will handle all room reservations for the upcoming Christmas event. Please note the following important details:

  • You must present your credit card at check-in, as there will be no direct billing to LRWA.
  • Upon departure, please request a receipt from the front desk to include with your travel voucher.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify the LRWA Office by Monday, December 7th, at 11:00 AM to avoid any charges billed to LRWA.
